This order will be applied to your monthly statement, no payment will be required at checkout.

TO ADD FRAMES TO YOUR SHOPPING CART:

1) Expand the "+" button next to each frame collection, then add in your frame quantities for each frame you would like to order
2) After all frames you would like have been selected, "Click" the "Add items to cart" button (located at the bottom right of the page).
3) Once you proceed to the shopping cart, you will have the option to assign a patient name or make changes to your order before it is submitted for processing.

Merchandise indicated as "on sale" is a final purchase. The product is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged. It is not eligible for price adjustments, promotions, coupons or offers. No adjustments on prior purchases will be given.
